Located in Ultimo, the Wilcox Mofflin is a 5 storey building. This project consisted of recreating the Wilcox Mofflin building as it stands today using the program Revit. The focus on this project was documentation based where detailed drawings were to be produced as well as a sun study of the area to understand where the sun hits the building the most and during what time of the day.

The next process was to concentrate on designing a unit which would be based on level two. The clients, Jenny and her roommate Michelle for this apartment desired a modern open space which was to include two bedrooms. They enjoy the warm atmosphere of sunlight and to achieve this an open house design is followed where the main areas such as the living and master bedroom are situated next to large windows.
